I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 9 years. I started my career in Oregon where I spent most of my career working in clinics with Physical Therapists and Chiropractors. In this working environment I was taught the skills to release adhesions and restrictions with myofascial release and trigger point therapies as well as cupping and muscle scrapping.  I believe massage is the best type of selfcare and have used it extensively in my own health and wellness.
